We are excited to have you join us for this special outdoor edition as we continue building community, creating opportunity, and celebrating Black excellence.

Vendor Setup: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Public Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• All vendors must be fully set up no later than 10:30 AM.
• Early breakdown is strictly prohibited.
• Vendor booths must remain open and staffed during all public event hours.
• Electricity will not be provided unless otherwise approved in advance.
• Additional event instructions, promotional opportunities, and vendor communications will be provided closer to the event date.
VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By submitting your registration, providing your electronic signature, and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Vendor Terms & Conditions presented during registration.
This email serves as an additional copy of those terms for your records.
Important Terms Include:
• Vendor registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the event of full cancellation by the Event Organizer.
• This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise communicated.
• All vendors must be fully set up by 10:30 AM and remain open during all public event hours.
• Early breakdown is prohibited.
• Electricity will not be provided unless approved in advance.
• Vendors are responsible for securing all tents, merchandise, displays, inventory, and equipment.
• Participation does not guarantee sales, attendance levels, media exposure, sponsorship opportunities, leads, or financial outcomes.
• Vendors assume all risks associated with participation and agree to the liability waiver and indemnification provisions contained within the registration agreement.
• Vendor spaces may not be shared, transferred, reassigned, subleased, or resold without prior written consent.
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
